WOMEN’S HEALTH CARE
Special issues in Women`s Health Care are addressed
at Indus Hospital by the most experienced Medical
Staff which consists of four (4) female gynecologists
and obstetricians. Facilities for Mammography and
Human Papilloma Virus Screen are available for prevention
of Cancer of Breast and Cervix, respectively. Moreover,
facilities for diagnosis of AIDS (HIV), Hepatitis
B, Hepatitis C and Venereal diseases are available
at Indus Hospital.

Hospital is committed to upgrade the delivery
of health care to the poor who live in for off
villages of Himachal Pradesh.Towards this end,
the Hospital, of its own initiative, has conducted
nearly sixty (60) rural health camps covering
seven out of twelve districts of the state.The
program consists of free medical , surgical,
gynecological, pediatric, dental and eye check-ups
by specialists; simple laboratory tests and
ECG whenever indicated.Starter packages of free
medicines are distributed to all,despite financial
constraints and limited resources of the Hospital.
Patients seen in health comps are followed free
of cost at the Indus Hospital Out – Patients
