The Department of Radio-diagnosis & Ultrasound is headed by an experienced invasive radiologist who is on special leave as Professor of Radiology. The department is furnished with state-of-the-art equipment. Invasive procedures are routinely performed under CT/Ultrasound guidance. Besides conventional radiography , facilities are available for mammography, double contrast gastrointestinal x-rays and special radiographic procedures. Emergency services are provided round the clock. As a result of the pro-life policy of Indus Hospital, the Department is prohibited from performing ultrasonography for fetal sex determination.
