 The
Governing Body of Indus Medical Foundation has entrusted
the general Hospital Administration to the Chief Executive
Officer who is selected on the basis of high merit,
experience and competence. He/She is assisted by a team
of officials, well versed in Hospital Administration.
In medical and nursing matters, he/she is advised by
the President of the Hospital Executive Committee and
the Nursing Supervisor, respectively . The Chief Executive
Officer is responsible for day-to- smooth running and
financial well-being of the Hospital.

He/She is answerable to the Board of Trustees of Indus
Medical Foundation. To date, the position of the Chief
Executive Officer has been held, without any financial
consideration, by high ranking superannuated members
of Indian Armed Forces/Indian Administrative Services/State
Civil Services. Indus Medical Foundation remains grateful
for the contributions and selfless public services of
these great men !
The Executive Committee
is composed of Division/Service Chiefs as its members.
Its proceedings are presided over by a President who
is nominated by the Governing Body of the Hospital.
All physician appointments to the medical staff are
made by the Hospital Administration after credentialing
and recommendations by the Executive Committee. Members
of the medical staff may approach the Committee or the
Hospital Administration may refer any matter to the
Committee for problem resolution or recommendation.
